Your Shuttle Buses require better logistical performance & organisation after our flight we waited 20 minutes for a shuttle bus to arrive when it did the driver told us he couldn't take all of as it was full, he then told us the next bus was right behind him, it wasn't we waited another 20 minutes when ithe next bus arrived we only just got on it, the bus we were on appeared to go around the airport & back! We finally got to our vehicle after over one hour. This is not what you state when booking parking. Clearly there was a lack of shuttle buses. Our 4 hour flight was left on time & arrived on time, it is disappointing the it not the same for your shuttle buses when the car park is only 10 minutes from the pick points. After a 4 hour flight waiting over an hour is the last thing you need & totally unacceptable !!

Spaces were quite small for larger cars although there were plenty of spaces when we arrived. Stairwells were dark and reeked of urine and drugs and lifts were out of order, so walked up the road ways instead as it felt safer.
