Parking Space on Bishopsgate Street

Space booked already had a car parked in it, so had to risk parking in the one next to it. Tried to call the owner, had no answer. Sent message on the app and,as yet have not had a response

Previous week to other review but yes space already taken. '19' is a big space but someone was already parked there with a smaller car. I phoned the owner who told me to park in '18'. This was a risky space against the wall but with the help of my passengers who had to exit anyway I just got my car in. Not the big space I booked.

The parking was easy to find, however there was a car parked in the parking space. Couldn't get hold of the owner of the space by phone so I went to the flat. I could hear the TV on inside, however when I knocked on the door, the TV went silent and no one answered!!!!!!

Would happily use this facility again . The directions to locate it and the code to access the property to exit the carpark were clear however as previous reviews state the pin code for the gate on entry was not included in the confirmation email which required a follow up. I recommend the code required for the automatic gate is made available within the confirmation email

This space worked out really well for us. It's walking distance from our hotel and the space felt secure so I didn't worry about my car whilst we were in Birmingham. All good, thank you

The space was great, but the two codes (vehicle and pedestrian access) given were incorrect. The owner was very helpful once we were able to contact him, but it was a bit stressful.

Great location

Only issue was gate code didn't work. Fortunately one of other residents around to get us sorted

space was perfect for our hotel on Broad Street which was a 20 min walk to the bullring. we did struggle with the codes to get into the gated parking but the owner was so incredibly helpful. Car park was fantastically secure and clean. defo recommend

We had to re-enter the gates at night to get back to the car, rather than go through the building. Maybe some more instructions would be easier, but good space and right next to Broad street.
