Booked Thursday, received confirmation, Drove to Birmingham and space not available so wanted 45 minutes trying to sort things out. Obviously a misunderstanding somewhere. Money back please!

Excellent parking space. Secure and with your own key fob to enter a gated car park. 10 minute walk to where i needed to go. Gerry was extremely helpful in directing me to collecting the key fob and to the space itself. I would recommend this park and would definitely use again.

Secure gated parking space.
The parking was perfect for us - about a 10/15 minute walk from the Barclaycard arena - this was great because it meant you didn't get caught up in city centre traffic at the end of the night.
Gerry was so helpful - he even printed off a "by foot" map for our walk to the city centre - so thoughtful.
Will definitely use again.
