Would give this zero if I could.
Our car was stolen. A company called horizon run and premier inn not bothered. Horizon customer service was non existent and this has defo happened before, that was obvious from premier inn staff.
If you want to drive home in your car do not park here. Absolutely gutted

Called for support extremely stressful couldn’t park due to double red lines and £100 fines asked for support to guide me to my location they couldn’t stay on the line???? Got relocated but couldn’t find 2nd location either!!! Absolutely stressful had to almost miss flight but found kind lady at premier inn who helped with taxi to airport

It was not at all clear where I could park, I had to go into the hotel and ask at reception.
Details of how to get from the hotel to the airport would be a real help.

It's about a 35 minute walk from the airport. I tried to follow google maps but some fella said I was in a private area. So I walked along a path on the west side of the main road running to the west of the car park.
