I bough a ticket for the wrong car via my app and I was fined. I appealed and still had to pay a reduced rate fine. I think this was unfair and I won't be parking there again.

Found a disabled space however the space was tiny and very hard to get out from as the car next to us was parked so close. Other than that, wasn't too bad. Finding the way out was also not easy as zero signs and we're not from the area so don't know.

Isolated car park made me a bit jumpy altho well lit. No signage visible in the dark to shops and cafes

First time trying to pay in this carpark was a hassle. Tried using the telephone number, got so far then the line went dead. Had to download their app. Car park cost me £1:50 for what should have been £1:00. Hope I don't have to use this car park again. Not a happy driver.

Poor signage: Poor indication that this car park is pay and display. Poor indication of the costs and times associated with parking. The place seems like a deliberate trap, intended to allow people to park without clearly instructing them that you are supposed to pay for car parking. For a car park next to a prestigious retailer such is Camp Hopson, which is a highly respected and admired retailer in Newbury, this gives off an extremely poor message that is not in line with the values and high standards that the retailer is known for. As such the car park and it's signage falls well below the standards expected and resulted in an unpleasant experience, visiting this location for shopping. I will not be returning in a hurry.
