The online and App interface leaves a bit to be desired. I downloaded the app and tried to input the information and was given multiple repeated error messages. The app also refused to recognize the license plate number input, nor does it show adequate makes and models of vehicles when prompted to input that as an alternative. I also just received a message 18 minutes into sitting down for my meal that the transaction was completed. This means I have to begin this annoying process over again, mid meal mind you, for another transaction to ensure my car isn't towed. Not a good experience. Do better.

The app continually cancelled our booking the second I pulled the slide across to start the timer. Very frustrating the app wasn't working.
