Castle Court Shopping Centre - Belfast Prebook

Found our way into the car park, but thro the WRONG entrance so had to pay TWICE!!!!!! Avoid

I booked a space at the market court shopping centre in Belfast. On arrival the car park barrier did not open. I used the text chat option for customer services and was assured the barrier would open automatically by reading my car registration number. That sis not happen. Car park staff couldn't help. I called customer services and was told the same thing, in spite of the fact that I was in the car park entrance and the barrier was not opening, it appeared I was not being listened to / heard. I then had to take a normal car park ticket to access the car park, which I then had to pay for on exit, although I paid less for that than I had paid just park.

Go through right entry or you will be paying twice. Just park directions unclear

anpr camera did not work on entry or exit.

Easy enough to book and pay but I missed the instruction to go in a different entrance (which i didnt know existed) so I had to pay again!!

Didn't know there was a special Entrance/exit to use which wasn't on my route

We booked for CastleCourt car park in Belfast and the link with maps brought us to the front door of castlecourt shopping centre,not very useful when the car park was still 5min away

Could not leave the car park with app

-No info was given on how to access and depart parking in the information send by email when I prepaid parking at Castle Court in Belfast. -The JustPark app directed me to the front of Castlecourt shopping centre and not the actual parking entrance (which was multiple streets away). I had to get directions from a police officer as I couldn't handle my phone when driving to ask goofle maps! -When I phoned JustPark to ask about how I access/depart parking I was told it was in the email.....until I asked the call operator to read it out to me. He then realised it didn't! He was patronising until he read the lack of instructions himself!! -When i did eventually find the parking entrance I was told by the attentant there that I had entered by the 'wrong' entrance and I would have to now take a ticket as there was a queue behind me! I explained that JustPark didn't inform me of where to enter. (How would I know?) (This attendant helped me as best he could....even though he didn't work for JustPark) -The whole experience was the worst informed and wholeheartedly the most stressful I have encountered. I was late for a meeting. Next time I'd be better taking a ticket and paying a few extra pounds for a whole lot less stress and hassle!!

No signage showing information on how to enter via justPark, ended up paying again. will not use again
