Tried to extend booking online but said there was no space. Had to return to carpark to pay at paypoint in carpark to extend time.

Very dark and didn't feel very safe walking in and out of the car park especially at night time. Not very well lit around the area doesn't feel safe for a woman walking on her own back to her car at nighttime. There was no door code provided in my confirmation email, had to stand in the dark at night calling the phone number to let me in the door.

There was no ticket to collect or to get validated. I called the parking help line and they told me that the cameras will automatically read the car registration upon arrival and leaving. Which is what i did.
