A private parking lot behind a 3 storey block of flats. It is a quiet and well kept unit with easy access. There are outside lights when it is dusk/dark. There is plenty of room to get in and out of the car park - it is very spacious. I have lived here for 10 years and parked my car with no problems. It is a 15 minute walk from Ravensbourne and Beckenham station and a 30 walk from New Beckenham station.

Got to space to find it occupied by another car. Messaged space owner. Got no reply and had to park elsewhere.

Nice secure space, but road is so full of large potholes you literally bounce your way up it. Unfortunately the space was occupied when I arrived and I was unable to contact the owner until much later, so I parked in another road.
