We would thoroughly recommend this parking space, on a private drive in a quiet residential area. It felt very safe to leave our car. Mark could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and gave us advice about the coast path walk we were about to undertake and places to eat along the way. We would have no hesitation in using this space again when in the Barnstaple area.

Spacious space, easy to find in a location that felt safe
Communication had been prompt and helpful.
Excellent location for access to the Tarka Trail and/or Barnstaple. My mistake was to aim for the main Taw bridge by just heading downhill. Initially heading uphill on the Old Sticklepath Hill would've been better as an offshoot to the trail starts at the end, going past the station, and over the Long Bridge. Much easier and nicer.
