A great car parking space, for those commuting into London on the Piccadilly Line. The car parking space is less than a 5 min walk from Cockfosters Station. Off street parking, that is big enough for a large 4x4. I am so close to the tube, I am often booked for people going to Heathrow, and for the football games. Please note that Games Road starts at Woodgate Studios. With the pub (Cock Inn) directly in front of you, Games Road is to your left. Go past Woodgate Studios, through the white gates, and the space is on the left.
Please note that the driveaway is continuous with my neighbour's. There is no border between the two. My parking space is directly outside my downstairs window, where you will see a blue recycle bin. Please do not park outside number 16A. I am NUMBER 16, BOUNDARY COTTAGE

Really good spot for Cockfosters station which you can't book in advance so parking not guaranteed. 5-6 mins walk

Instructions were to park in front of window outside 16. However a car was already parked there. Only space was outside number 16a door. No answer at either property to ask, and owner didn’t answer mobile or text message until 2 hours later. Very stressful situation not knowing what to do, with no other option but to risk parking outside 16a. The owner did respond to text eventually, but not a great first experience of using this service. Unlikely to do it again.

Superb parking space, the owner can see your car at all times as it's parked in front of their window, easy walk to Cockfosters tube station, would definitely use again, thanks to the owner of this parking space

A little difficult to find. But a lively safe area. Inly 9 minutes walk from cockfosters Station.
I did try to call the owner at one point but no answer, so if anything could be improved it eould be that. Overall, I would park here again!

Absolutely perfect for what we needed- couple
of minutes from Cockfosters station, had no worries leaving our car as the area felt safe- will definitely book again.
