The parking spot is on a slope, and pulling out is quite tricky. When I was backing out, it was impossible to see if there were pedestrians on the walkway or cars on the road. It might be better to back into the spot so that you can drive straight out.

Very easy to find and close to Cockfosters tube station. Felt safe leaving the vehicle there. Plenty of room. Would definitely use again.
