First time have used this service all went well. Two mins from tram station so we could go to a gig at old Trafford. Worked well and avoided all the traffic and much cheaper parking here and catching the tram than trying to park nearer. So would recommend

Very friendly owner of space, camera controlled so felt safe leaving car on drive.
I was even in a rush and he offered to give me a lift to my destination when I arrived, will definitely use again.

Great spot, very close to Navigation road tramline, which takes you to Manchester City Center and also convenient for Old Trafford.

Only comment is that if you've a ford focus sized car, don't use this space. Mine was okay, for the weekend, and I thank them for that, but the nose of the car stuck out onto the pavement.
That was after I left a foot of garage door clearance.
Less than ideal.
On the plus side, very handy for the tram stop and nice neighborhood. The owner was not too communicative, but I guess that's the model for this type of space. It was my first time using such a thing and I guess I was just a bit nervous.
All in all, I'd recommend this space, just don't have a large car, if you want it all inside the driveway.
