Off street parking space, adjacent to ARI Hospital grounds (30 secs walk, see photo). 10-15 min walk to Cornhill Hospital. On bus route to Aberdeen City Centre with links to airport (bus stops are less than 1 minute walk away). 1.83m height restriction. Car width. Accessed via a private drive, via a quiet cul-de-sac, so no knocks from road traffic. It is the space in the photo to the left of the black arrow (never to the left of the grey arrow where the black car is parked). The entrance to the parking has a height restriction of 1.83m tall and a width restriction to allow cars and very small vans access but not medium and larger vans e.g. not transits and hi-roof types etc. Once through the entrance there are no height restrictions. Plenty of space around car to open doors and load etc once through the entrance. If you have a roof rack or things fitted to your car that overhang the width of your car, depending on how much extra width this is and height, you are advised to check on-site before entering as you may not be able to enter my parking space.
