Convenient car park, easy to find, spaces a bit tight for a large people carrier but seemed a safe location. Problem was with the exit instructions, there was no intercom at the exit barrier and no obvious office to visit. It was lucky a helpful workman was able to phone the office to let us out. Suggest updating the instructions.

Had to pay for parking twice because the gate didn't open on approach. There was also no intercom at barrier to give the JustPark reference (as described in the parking instructions) and no phone number to ring so I had no choice but to pay for a second time.

Easiest parking I've ever used. As a Mum visiting the Hippadrome with her daughter I felt safe. Knowing I didn't have to walk for more than a few minutes to reach the theatre made the whole experience stress free.

We arrived at the car park and the roller shutters were down with the ticket machine saying car park full. We tried phoning the number for 10 minutes but no reply. We had to find another car park and missed the first 20 minutes of our show at the hippodrome. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK
