This is a private car parking space in Miller Gardens Broadgate, It would be ideal for anyone that would need easy access to Preston Train Station Or any one that works in and around the Winkley Square area, with only a 10 Minute walk through the lovely Miller Park / Avenham Park you will be in the City Center. I know a few short cuts into town which i would be more then happy to show you.
The car park has 2 camera and there is always someone about to watch over things, this really is a good spot and a good price.
