So far, this has gone really well.
I've been able to find a parking spot reasonably okay, with only one morning so far where I had to wait a little (literally a couple of minutes) before I could park up.
The contact I've had with the owner has been fine. There was a minor oversight in discussing a deposit in exchange for a parking permit - though it makes sense.
I like this parking space. There is a reasonable 20 min walk from where I park onto work. This is handy and very nice in the warmer weather.
I hope everything continues in the same way.
