This busy Millennium Hotels and Resorts site in the centre of Birmingham had an outdated operating system – leading to many drivers to park there without permission. Guests constantly complained about the lack of parking spaces and this put a huge strain on front-of-house staff.

The solution

We started managing the car park and introduced a payment system to give guests easy access and a simple way to pay. Through our platform, hotel management has full visibility of their car park’s performance and front of house staff no longer have to deal with parking requests and admin.
