ParkEx 2025 Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This raffle is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of JustPark, its subsidiaries, affiliates, event partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
The raffle is open during the ParkEx Conference on 21st and 22nd May 2025, during exhibition hours. All entries must be completed by 5:00 PM BST on 22nd May 2025.
3. How to Enter
To be entered into the raffle, participants must:
Visit the JustPark stand at ParkEx, and spin the prize wheel provided at the stand.
If the wheel lands on the “Raffle Entry” section, you’ll be invited to complete a digital or paper entry form to confirm your participation.
Only individuals who land on the designated “Raffle Entry” section of the wheel are eligible to enter.
- One spin per person per day.
- One raffle entry per person.
- No purchase necessary.
4. Prize
The winner will receive two tickets to an event of their choice at The O2 arena in London (subject to availability and venue policies).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Event selection must be made within 30 days of notification.
Travel and accommodation are not included.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Two winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on or before 28th May 2025.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, JustPark reserves the right to select a new winner.
Proof of age and ID may be required.
6. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name and company (e.g. “Emma from ABC Limited”) may be shared in JustPark marketing or post-event communications unless they decline.
7. Data Protection
Personal data provided will only be used to administer the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
JustPark may cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle at its discretion if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
JustPark is not responsible for technical failures or lost submissions.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and decisions made by JustPark, which are final.
9. Promoter

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
