This 363-space shopping centre in central Northampton had three different and complex validation structures. This meant local commuters took advantage of low all-day pricing, leaving no available spaces for customers to park.

The solution

We implemented a digital and ANPR-tracked validation system to gather detailed information on footfall and usage. We then analysed this data to optimise pricing for both short and long-term parking and introduced a fully cashless payment solution.
