JustPark App Now Live for Park and Pay Across Tower Hamlets Via National Parking Platform Roll-Out

17th February 2026 – London, UK JustPark users can now park and pay across 358 Tower Hamlets parking sites, following the London Borough’s connection to the National Parking Platform (NPP).

The expansion means drivers can now use both JustPark’s app and website to park and pay for council parking across Tower Hamlets. In addition, JustPark exclusively lists hundreds of pre-bookable private and commercial spaces across the borough,  meaning motorists no longer need multiple apps to pay for parking both locally and nationwide. 

The NPP, supported by the Department for Transport, is being rolled out across the UK to modernise parking services and create a more open, competitive ecosystem. By allowing drivers to choose their preferred parking app, it removes unnecessary complexity and makes parking simpler and more convenient. It also enables councils to offer greater flexibility in how parking payments are delivered, whilst reducing the need for costly procurement processes for individual app providers.
