The JustPark markings on the parking spaces shown in the photo are not there anymore- they have worn off or appear to be covered up. Other than that, bays were available but it's just very difficult to tell the JustPark area apart from the rest of the car park.

We got a parking ticket . So have now got to sort it all out. Some of the car park attendants said it was not registered on the system, others said it was on the system. Met another car owner who said it happened to him too. The car park was also infested with rats

I have received a parking ticket inspite of paying 6.90 pounds for parking charges with justpark.com . Please mention more clearly that only certain spaces in the parking lot can be used & NOT anywhere in Burley road car park . Mistake is on myside as well that I did not read the entire email properly .

Convenient and easy. No fuss. The 'just park' spaces are now greyed out and you can park anywhere in the car park.

Whilst i love the idea of pre-booked parking spaces , in reality this is the second pre booked space in a row ,that on arrival has been full and i have then had to pay again to park until a space becomes available. This is not helped by the green parking bay marking is almost gone and the signage displaying Just park only allocated spaces has been removed. On previous e mail communication with just park there was no offer of reimbursement or "credit" so on this occasion saved myself wasting my time reporting it.
