Holiday Inn Express Nine Elms Car Park

Car park felt unsafe. The car park was full with over 50 bikes and a lot of people were hanging around in or just outside of the car park. Very odd situation overall. I wanted to go quickly into the hotel lobby to show my registration (as instructed by JustPark) but the lobby doors did not open and after some time someone came out and said it was fine and to move on. Exiting the next morning was easier but the evening was dangerous.

In comparison - Kennington Pay to park (on street) 4 hrs £70.24 - saved £50 with a few clicks - and a safe clean easy off street space provided - love it. Will use again.

All went to plan. The streetview of the parking was very helpful and made it easy to find.

Good and easy

The location of the holiday was not safe! I went into the hotel to check the car in nobody wanted to know the booking number. The car park itself was filled with refugees, I am assuming that is what the hotel is used for. I didn’t end up leaving my car there I left and checked into an alternative area.

I left like 2 hours before 12 and wish I could get a little refund because if I had stayed more I would have paid

Easy online process, space available, no barrier

As this was a Holiday Inn hotel space, I expected security barriers (especially as they were mentioned in the parking instructions), however there were none and the space was open to anyone. There were individuals smoking drugs sat next to the spaces. I did not feel safe at all, but it was too late for me to find an alternative.

Absolutely awful parking space at the back of an old filthy hotel. This was sold to me a a secure car park - yet there was no barrier to protect the cars. The hotel the car park was attached to was being used to process emergency asylum applications and temporary accommodation, leaving the car park full of belongings and very busy with people. I was charged over £100 for a few days parking and it was non refundable - there was no chance i was going to be leaving my car there. I was forced to find alternative arrangements.
