Moments from Manhattan! Lovely, safe spot on a one-way street in a residential neighborhood. About a block and half to Boulevard East, where there are 24/7 buses to and from Times Square / Port Authority Bus Terminal (and gorgeous views!).

Spot was exactly as described, however there was a driveway on both sides of house. While I did figure it out it might help to write "right side or west of house" Thanks for safe and reasonable spot. Would absolutely park with Paul at #61 again. Low grade on communication is NOT APPLICABLE as I did not request any further info
