Great alternative to the Park and Rides.
The no. 5 bus is opposite and departs for the city every 15 minutes approx. and takes max 20 minutes. Alternatively, there is Monk's Cross and Vangarde shopping centres approx. 30 mins walk.
The football stadium is also approx. a 30 min walk.
Please note that you may, especially if parking longer than a day, be temporarily blocked in by my Mini. In the unlikely event that my Mini is in the space upon arrival please knock and do NOT block me in - I will happily move!
