I booked a space but it was never available throughout the duration of my booked stay which was over 24hrs - I had to park elsewhere! Not happy - what a waste of money!

Brilliantly positioned for the city centre and I was more than happy to leave my car there for two days. No specific space allocated but you could park in a number of spaces, which are all clearly marked with the just park logo. Just watch the entrance as sat nav took us to the exit, but we only had to drive round the corner to find the way in. Would definitely recommend.

Generally good. Photo of location didn’t download until after I had parked. Code didn’t work first time. Had to get out of car to input code in order to leave.

Booking the space through JustPark was easy, the website for the location had detailed instructions and pictures of the car parking area. Access through the barrier into the car park was straightforward, the code provided worked first time. There was a number of spaces listed in the email confirmation to use, all but two on arrival were already taken. I would say that bay number 12 is no way wide enough to accept a standard size car, due to the position of the exit barrier; if this was the only space available on arrival it would have been cause for complaint. As it was I only needed one space and bay number 21 was empty. Overall experience on this occasion was good.

Easy to find after a quick google map search, nice space in the first bit and there is actually more round the back, little confused if I needed to sign out or how they know I've left.

Instructions were clear. There were a few parking spaces free. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance.
