Piccadilly Car Park

Easy to book and easy to find parking area. However had end space with low concrete bollards which were hard to see when parking.

Arrived to site at booked time only to find that no allocated parking spaces were available. We called Just Park to be told there maybe other spaces available 10 mins further away from our destination. Obviously this was not acceptable. Not sure how they can police and manage these issues however as it transpired somebody over stayed there time slot and luckily we were able to park after 20 mins of our arrival.

Ease of booking, directions, parking and location to hotel

There is a small wall next to parking space number 7. It is not very visible from the drivers position when pulling into the space. I hit the wall and damaged my car. There should be a bollard on the wall.

Really good parking space, it felt secure and was happy to leave our car there.

All aspects of booking process was easy and straightforward. Parking spaces well marked and entrance to car park was via code and worked perfectly. Would use again and highly recommend. Parked in York so was cost effective for all day parking and saved all the stress of finding parking on arrival to a busy city.
