As a first time user of JustPark I found the booking process very accessible and the follow up information very helpful. We were able to arrive at our reserved space in York after a few hiccups with directions. Entry, access and exit operations were easy and trouble free. Finding the location was a little tricky given the hidden away nature of the parking. However on the plus side for this was that the parking was secure and in a great location to access the parts of York we were visiting that day. Many thanks.

Regularly park here for work, was decently priced but from January onwards appears to have doubled costing more than normal car parks. Will not use after price increase better options out there

ive given 4 stars as because the actual parking experience was not good through no fault of us or justpark, the quickness of a refund was excellent. and they apologised which doesnt happen much these days.
the booking system was good and descriptive. although we didnt get parked we would certainly use again
