Everything was good, except the code for the barrier didn’t work.
When I called customer service they where helpful and gave me a new code
Also to get out you have to stop at the barrier, get out and put the code in the front key pad, a little bit annoying

Everything worked.
Only issue was I didn’t use your map so couldn’t find location straight away as thought it would be a large car park.
If I had used yours I would have arrived at the exit of car park rather than front.

Wasn't clear if We could use any space.
No barrier at exit, therfore some people were driving in and parking for free?

It may have been slightly useful to have the bollards by the exit a little higher and at eye level and not wheel level, as that may have reminded me that they were there - instead of going straight into one on the way out!!
