Victoria Way Car Park

It is not clear on the app whether you can pay for parking in advance or not. There was notice a (not on the payment machine) saying the one can only pay on exit which a number of app users found confusing (we were all parking for the same large event ). In view of my perception of car park authorities (issue a penalty first etc) I opted to pay an initial £2 charge for 8 minutes of parking on arrival and then on exit a further £3.20 charge to cover the remainder. I still don't know if this was correct or whether I paid too much. This is not a payment procedure that I have encountered before so some sort of instruction on the app for this carpark would be helpful.

Auto pay not working AGAIN, despite checking it was setup outside the car park before I entered. Getting fed up of this.

This car park has very small spaces - luckily I have a small car. I thought signage was terrible - nothing on entry - I have never been to this car park before and there were no signs on how to get to the shops etc. I do not live in Woking and have only been once before and parked in a different car park where signage was a little bit better but not much. Not very impressed.

The just park pay on exit works very well. I think the signs in the car park could have been clearer in explaining the process.
