Arrived at location and informed we were unable to park as website error shouldn’t have allowed us to Book: very inconvenient after driving for 3 hours with children in the car for the Queen’s funeral.

Got to the space only to be told we weren’t allowed to park there. Manager of the pub said he had stopped bookings on this app 4 weeks ago and that I would need to take up with Just Park to get a refund. Spent 15 minutes on hold with Just park and did not get through to anyone. Not impressed at all.

We parked the car and paid for 1 hour parking. Based on discussion with manager/ owner we felt we can park and then have a drink. But their was confusion so we parked for few minutes and then decided to move out as we were totally confused on what was allowed. We also felt a bit unwelcome so we moved out in 12 mins .Hopefully this is all fine as we hadn't parked without paying.

After I paid to park, someone from the pub came out and told me I shouldn't be parking here as this car park is for customers only. The signs says 'customers free parking and non-customers have to pay.' He says those signs are wrong, if that is the case then the signs should come down and the pay and display machine should be removed

very bad experience with this parking. I was checking the parking number from the kiosk and the guy from the pub came running down saying you can only park for an hour. I said I have already booked for 2 hours through the app and then he said it's not allowed since they are running busy, at which I told him he should have a put a sign on the kiosk since I had already made the booking before I was warned .There are almost 20 spaces in there and only 3-4 where taken. He seemed very upset and said you have two hours and I am counting. His behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Not sure why would you put your place for public parking if it is impacting your business. This whole incident ruined my visit to Windsor castle. I kept my calm whilst dealing with him since I was with family which included elderly and kids. we ensured we came back before time to avoid any trouble with the man. Just Park should take this matter with the pub owners and get proper instructions displayed for the customers. I would not like anyone else to go through an unpleasant experience like this.
