My rating isn't even worthy of a 1 star.
Car park space that had been pre-booked had a car already in this space, tried to contact the owner - no response was received, JustPark tried to call the owner - no response, still awaiting my refund for a car park space that couldn't be used and we had to find alternative parking for the onward journey with family.
