This was my first time using the app, & I admit I was somewhat sceptical. If only all things in life could be this easy..! No hassle, no stress, just arrive, park considerately and go about your business. As an older woman it was good know I could park close to the hospital, & having been able to book in advance took all the stress and hassle out of an appointment I wasn't looking forward to.
