The parking space was in a very run down area with boarded up houses and fire debris surrounding it. Didn't feel safe leaving the car so found parking elsewhere.
Received a full refund and apology hence the rating..

There was already a car on the drive when I arrived there. Numerous phone calls ignored, and they wouldn't answer the door. There is free street parking available nearby so save yourself the hassle and money
