The advert and link gave me no idea that I was paying to park in some8nes drive.
The drive wasn't cl9se to the train station and so I had to find alternative. There was plenty of better and cheaper options. Without k owing the area, I felt scammed quite frankly.
I also tried to call the help centre when on the train and followed the instruction to use the online refund application instead which led nowhere , a dead link. Don't be deceived by the convenience of the link by the train ticket, go to psi or even ncp, got to be better than this
