Depending on traffic, the route from the A2 to the space is around 5 minutes. The walk to the opposite end of Whitstable is 20 minutes, but you will be in the town with a 10 minute walk. The train station is also a 20 minute walk.
At the end of the road by the petrol garage are bus stops on both sides of the road, the Triangle bus (every 15 minutes) being able to take you into town if you'd prefer not to walk.
