Well located road for parking up to 2 additional cars in our drive. Parked to left hand side so we can drive our 2 cars in and out of garage. Parking on Clarendon road itself is not recommended as it is a busy access road for the estate except for very short periods. But our drive is safe and wide and as we work from home, we are able to maintain a watch most days. The 770 bus between Leeds and Harrogate stops at the end of Clarendon road about every 30mins. 1 mile to the A1 J45 roundabout and with no easy laybys nearby this could be helpful for a colleague to drop a car and travel together leaving your car in a safe location.
