Due to my error with reg. umber it has been impossible to get it changed and may result in fine.
I realised my error immediately but the system does not allow you to stop the potential fine and I cannot find a location to change my car reg for future parking

signal was poor so I had to wait with 4 children- incident have any change. at least the app remembered I'd parked there before.

if you see unable make the app. then you risk having a severe fine. The help support does not offer any assistance.

My first three attempts to use this system failed. Although I didn't realise it had at first. I was just left hanging on the phone for ages with silence. I hadn't heard the last part of the message so had no idea whether I had actually paid for the parking on not.
Luckily, eventually I realised I hadn't paid for the parking so tried again. Eventually it worked but what a ridiculous rig mar ole.
What's even more frustrating is my friend has a disabled badge but no one told us we had to register it in advance to park there free of charge. How ridiculous is that?! I guess we're supposed to be psychic.
Also the signs in the carpark say you have to pay but have no instructions about how to pay or where to find the info about how to pay. It's only as you leave the car park that you see another sign with the instructions.
I've used this app before and not had an issue but always annoyed at how long it takes and how cumbersome it is.
Just a few tweaks would make it so much easier.

The signage in the car park is very unclear on when you have to pay and paying via the app proved impossible. I eventually was able to pay by calling the phone number, but I still don’t know if I needed to pay.
