Bus U3 goes to Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3 and Bus 350 goes to Terminal 5.

First Bus (350) to T5 - 03:53

The bus stop (Skyport Drive, Bus Stop C) is a 1-minute walk away. On the way back, you can get the same bus from Heathrow and get off at Skyport Drive, Bus stop M (which is just opposite Bus Stop C)
You can also use TFL's live bus arrival website to see what time your bus will be arriving. Google "bus arrival 48251" and you will see the bus arrival time at Skyport Drive, Bus Stop C.

Very professional and clear instructions. It was super easy getting to Heathrow Terminal 5 in less than 10 minutes by bus even at 5am in the morning. Will definitely return here in future.
