The pin code provided to open the gate was for the pedestrian access not for the car. I called the parking space owner but there was no answer. Fortunately another car came at that time and I was able to gain access to the car park. The correct pin needs to be provided for the gate.

The main gate doesn't open when you enter pin or even if the vehicle is nearby so that sensor work.. It only happened when we tried getting in.. No issue while going out.
