address provided takes you to Terminal 5 Pod parking called the hotel they provided correct post code then got t5 pod pass at reception £5 per person. You only need one code however to open the gate, do the maths. upon return from t5 ordered uber cost £10.44 back to thistle from t5 spaces are very tight and car park is a maze. Would recommend looking else where unless the £15.00 charge to get you to and from t5 doesn't put you off

Simple, great value for money parking that I'll definitely use again. Contrary to some reviews, I found the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. Drive up to the barrier, take a ticket, find a space, go to reception to validate ticket, get your pod tickets, and you're off! Station is just metres away, and the pods are brilliant!

Would have been helpful to know 1) Parking entrance is on Bath road. This is not where indicated on the JustPark map 2) I was told I need to get my ticket checked on arrival to the car park and on leaving. Not sure if this is the case 3) Entrance to the pod's is via a gate. You need to pay reception £5 per person for entrance through this gate. £10 return per person.

conveniently located. T5 pods are a fun way to get there. hard to find hotel in first place though.

Hotel needs to put correct postcode on its address. Went on 20 min round Heathrow trip looking for it on satnav. Convenient once you're there though

Excellent value, easy and close to T5. Parked car (plenty of spaces), caught free bus (423) to T5 (4 mins), on return caught same free bus back, validated ticket at Reception and drove out. Quicker and cheaper than any other parking I have used at Heathrow.

Great parking for T5. You can use the pods to get to T5 from the rear of the hotel car park in 5 minutes. Super convenient, will use again.

Car park next to thistle hotel - free public bus from the airport or can use the pods although £5 each way for that. Good location, easy to find behind MacDonald's on Bath Road. Little more expensive than last time but it is summer now I suppose... Still cheaper than normal airport parking!

Great location for T5. You're better off using the bus outside Thistle Hotel Reception. Pod is 5 mins walk.. My satnav took me to a different carpark so check your destination is the thistle hotel. Think there's only 1 Thistle at Heathrow.
