Location fine, parking space was fine however drive had huge curb to get up so when coming down hit the front of the car, not very good for lower cars, bit tight getting through the gates

just the 3 stars as when I arrived i had to ring the number because someone was parked on the drive I had booked. The owner didn't seem to know why or what had happened. so i had to move addresses to another drive way round the corner

Parking was fine. No hassle, no trouble, no problem. Ideal walking to Wembley Stadium (approx. 10 mins.)

Found that this parking space was being rented out by the landlord of the property but failed to inform his tenants!!! How can someone rent a property to people and then try and get additional rent for the driveway that’s part of the property rental!? Had a pleasant discussion with the tenant who was very aggrieved by her landlord but wouldn’t let me park until speaking to the landlord who wasn’t answering their phone.Made me late for kick off at Wembley and my 7 year old who suffers with anxiety was in tears because he was so worried that the “plan” was going wrong.I will be seeking a refund as this was far and away from the convenient service it should have provided.
