The owner was very nice, he let me use his toilet on arrival. Driveway was good for 2 cars, quiet road and fairly quick to get to the North Circular after concert. Would recommend and I would use again

I arrived at the address and my space had already been taken. I knocked at the address, the door was answered by a man who said he didn't live there and couldn't help. I called the number available and the space owner said it must be a mistake from JustPark and there was nothing he could do. I said this was his issue and expected him to help me. We ended up agreeing for me to park my car on the pavement blocking in the other 2 cars and me having to leave my keys with a total stranger (the man who didn't live there!)which was not happy about but had a concert booked and didn't know what else to do. I complained to JustPark administrator and the owner called back 1 hour later, to say he had parked my car on his neighbours drive. He was very apologetic and very hospitable when I did pick up my keys but situation was Massively stressful, terrible first experience of JustPark and don't think I'd use again
