The parking space I booked cost an arm and a leg was absolutely tiny. My car was hanging over the edge all the way onto the pavement multiple residents told me not to park there or I’d get a ticket and I was late to my event because the host would not offer any solutions. It was stressful and awful

The parking space was changed half hour before the start time. Sent to another address then there was no space to park this after it had started. Awful service cost me money and I missed part of the concert we was due to go to.

Paid for a space but could not use it due to two other cars being on the drive way
Had to pay next door neighbour a extra £25 to park on his drive so I want to claim back my payment from the original parking that we could not use

The space was extremely small, full of rubbish and not as described. Just Park never shared the contact details of the owner, so we rang the bell and no one answered. We still tried to park and ended up damaging our car. After calling Just Park then finally the owner of the space called me to say they "had a different arrangement for me"?? Really negative experience!! I wonder what is the purpose to ask the car model if there is no correlation between the space and the size of the vehicle? BE CAREFUL!

after my booking had started I recieved a message telling me I had to use an alternative address, no explanation why. I get there to find an incredibly steep drive way, so steep i left it in gear and half expected my car to have rolled away, also it was closer to Wembley stadium, which isn't what we want when it makes it more difficult to get away. No further instructions given on parking btw. On top of this I arrive to find a guy blocking the drive fed up i hadn't left more space for him. There was easily room for a second car, not impressed by this and won't be using it again.

The host was lovely she offered to let my daughter & I use the restroom. Would use again.
Only downside was getting out of the road after the match but to be expected.
