There was no warning that one end of the road would be blocked off, I had to turn around and find another route in to the road. The drive immediately outside the house had a car in it and no space left for me to put my car in. Your next door neighbour told me I should be alright parking on the verge but it seemed to be metred parking and I had no idea if I was going to find a ticket when we got back from the concert. Much more clarity required as to where exactly you're meant to park.

Arrived at my booked driveway at Wembley only to find someone else had parked there and there was no space for me. After a 3 hour drive to get there I was none too impressed. Spoke to the house owner who had my details but for some reason let someone else park there! Luckily a neighbour let me park on their drive, if they hadn’t then I would have missed the concert. First time I’ve used justpark and probably the last. I’m hoping they will do the right thing and refund me the £50 I was charged for a space I never got to use.
Update
JustPark chased up the driveway owner but they have said they are receiving no response. JustPark have kindly refunded me the £50 I paid with out any problems. Very good customer service, the sign of a trustworthy company.

Fantastic area to park no problems finding the property. Road closure at one end of the street but took another street and got there easy enough will definitely be using it again. Owner was so kind offered us umbrella for the rain!
