No staff member on the gate to direct traffic, there was a man who was standing there, I asked if this was Empire Car Park, he said "it's full, I have a space, I take you....." No thanks!! It wasn't full however it was an absolute free for all, I'd pre booked and by some miracle found a space. The car in front had overhung the space so I parked safely as close as I could to it but I was still about 40cm out of the space at the back. Got back as the car then reversed into me?! They only had to go forwards! No staff at all on leaving, sat in the car park for 1.5 hours without moving one centimetre. Eventually got out, cones in middle of the road opposite preventing right hand turn so had to go to roundabout which was probably 15 metres away, that took a further hour. 4 taxis decided that the middle of that roundabout was no a taxi rank so no one could go round it. About 30 Wembley staff all standing there watching the carnage and did nothing (appreciate not car park issue). We then go back past the car park entrance where someone had moved the cones and everyone was turning right out of the car park and blocking the entire road. If managed this would have been a really great car park but total lack of any intervention from staff meant it was a freeforall. If it's a quiet day then probably great but for a Wembley event I couldn't recommend.
