Good communications from the owner, only 10 mins from the stadium. Space is tight as described, but I have a large car and we squeezed it in. Only downside was getting out of the estate after the gig onto the main road...took almost an hour. Would use again.

Very tight space even for small car. When leaving owner asked if I used again could I reverse in. I would have gladly done this if advised in cover note. Very easy to find.
