Parking on Brook Avenue, HA9

The space is in front of a house, with space for several vehicles. Upon arriving, the area is a mix of gravel and mud (mostly mud), such that most of the area was inaccessible due to wheel spin. We managed to find a space, but it was difficult. Upon returning, somebody had blocked us in, such that it was almost impossible to get out. I called the space owner who still (2 days later) has not replied. The parking area is in a poor condition and it appears that too many spaces are sold for the available area. Would not recommend or use again.

Parking was easy to find but the driveway itself was a bit of a shock! With big potholes and mud and rubbish everywhere, I was scared not to drive on any nail or piece of something that could make a hole in my tyre. At the end of the day I was blocked by another car!! I couldn't leave the spot and there was no contact with the owner. Tried calling and knocking at the door and nothing! I eventually managed to leave the driveway by driving over the mud and potholes to the neighbours driveway (no fence between two houses) and from there leaving. And I could do that only because I had a suv, with small car you would've stuck in that mud. Poorly managed parking.

The property we parked out was a driveway - which had 8 cars piled onto it. I was blocked in. The house looked derelict and I definitely wouldn’t of knocked on the door with my young daughter with me, I believe the area we were supposed to park diagonally in was what I would describe as a muddy bog that my car absolutely would of got stuck in. Luckily a few others arrived whilst we worked out what to do and all in agreement the facility was not good enough. The app just park is great but this property needs looking at, not a useable parking space for that amount of cars when it’s all been churned up!!

Really easy, booked online, just turn up and parked. Cheap way to park in London area, great for families to see late shows and drive home costs less than trains if you have an electric car.☺️

Firm gravel drive was occupied. The spaces available were waterlogged boggy ground risking being trapped by sinking

Got there in good time and there was no space for my car so had to find an alternative. Stressful and expensive

When I arrived the driveway was full and there was no spaces to park. The person was not answering his phone and the front door. Couldn't get my refund back and I would never ever use this location again. Very irresponsible !

The private driveway was muddy and full of water. I asked to park on a slightly drier section but was refused. Even allowing for the recent poor weather, this particular location was totally unsuitable and should not have been allowed to accept my booking. My car is filthy and my trainers ruined.

It was a good position for Wembley Park Theatre. However, the driveway was thick mud after heavy rain and getting out of the car shoes were ruined and clothes splashed in mud. Leaving was difficult as the car got stuck and skidded in the mud.

Appreciate it rained last night but this parking site was very poor. Uneven surface, deep gravel and muddy puddles and I did worry if I would easily get out on returning. If this is indicative of the sites used, I would not use this site again.
