Watford Gade Car Park Pre Book

i paid on the app, but when i reached at the barrier and clicked on open barrier the barrier would not open , then i had to take a ticket to enter the parking anyways to which the barrier opened, now while i parked and i left the car park to work i was thinking now i have to pay double? but when exiting the car park i explained to the guy on the phone that i have paid on just park and to open the barrier for me to which he opened it and i exited the car park, but now im thinking if i should really book through the app again as i had a bit of a turmoil when exiting the car park .

Arrived, pressed the button to open the entrance barrier and nothing happened. Says 'session not found' Tried to add extra rime to the session but it wouldnt let me. Tried to exit the car park and the open barrier button didnt work again. Impossible to reverse even without the queue of cars honking horns. Luckily a parking attendant was walking by and let me out after some explanation.

App didn't work, waste of money

No named signage making the carpark difficult to find. Unfortunately the "open barrier" button didn't work and we ended up parking in the multi-storey next door and therefore had to pay for 2 lots of parking. I'd read this in a comment on here before and thought that it wouldn't happen to me - it did!

Absolutely garbage wouldn't let us open the barrier on the app.

Very confusing to find. Ended up in an adjacent car park of similar name so had to pay twice

Would not use this space again, difficult to find. Delayed response between the app and the barrier opening.

really easy, had to unlock barriers by using the app so didnt need to get a ticket! really useful
