Parking was easy to find with the instructions given. No problems with finding the address on Google Maps. Also not far away from Watford Junction. It was about 8 min walk away.

Quite easy to find, but best not use the post code in Tom Tom as when you get into the area you end up on the fast bit of the A41 and will not know where to go. I put in just the address and it took me straight there.

Worked well once we found it - sat nav gave up on us having got very close but while still on St Albans Road. More details on required detour to access Malden Road would help.
