Parking on Keele Close, WD24

unable to easily find.my son got out of car to walk around the maze of car park spaces.found eventually but too small to fit vehicle.rang owner but didn't get back to me.fortunately managed to find space in watford junction station car park costing a further 7 pound.wouldnt use again.

The parking space wasn’t clear and I messaged the week before to confirm and was advised if not available to park in any visitor space (couldn’t I have done that anyway??) On the day it was occupied and the owner said he was 30 minutes away and there were no visitor spaces. After a 4 hour drive and dashing to get the train this was not acceptable. The owner then said to park at an adjacent residential close, which was okay, but not the experience I expect from JustPark. I suspect the owner only moves his car to release his space if absolutely necessary …

We had trouble knowing which space it was but the owner was quick to help. The location was great to avoid the traffic parking at Stanmore and only a 5 min walk to Watford Junction station. The location felt very safe and I would definitely use it again. Thanks

There was already a car in the space, and when I spoke to a man who came out he was irate and hadn’t heard of just park and told me I’d been scammed. I had to find alternative parking and missed my train because of this, very stressful experience
